Two new outfits

The first outfit she wore to church on Sunday and the second she wore to Homemakers on Tuesday. Homemakers is a moms and wives group at my church and it's a lot of fun! If anyone is interested in coming with me, let me know. It's from 9:30-11:15 AM on Tuesdays. We have treats & coffee, a teaching and discussion. They also provide childcare for cheap!! She's a little too small for real jumping, but she really likes standing without any assistance.

My Hair is falling out!!

My hair is everywhere! I pull out clumps every time I brush or wash my hair and tangles are increasing to the point where I've cut a couple of them out because I just couldn't brush it out again!! Also, Evie has become accustom to grabbing onto it immediately as I pick her up.

I guess this is one of the joys of having babies. There's this hormone that is continually being released while you are pregnant that prevents your hair from doing it's natural shedding. Around 3-4 months after giving birth your body starts to readjust and your hair starts shedding again, but more than normal.

To help relieve some of my frustration I just chopped 4-5 inches off and it feels so good!!! I'm so happy that my hairstylist had an opening today, otherwise I might have taken matters into my own hands and that would not be pretty.

The last time a non-professional cut my hair was when I was three. My sister(who was 4) thought it would be fun to play Barber Shop so she found a pair of scissors and brought me around behind the living room couch (obviously she knew she was doing something wrong) and cut bangs on me that were only an inch long. Not good...

Christian and I had fun this weekend. We got out of the house and went to the Water Park of America. It's an indoor water park and it was pretty fun. We're sore from all the stairs though.

So Christian and I have a date night planned to go snow tubing with our Marriage Group on Saturday. Well, the high for Saturday is suppose to be -5 and the low -12. I was so looking forward to playing this weekend, but not in negative degree weather. Does anyone have a better suggestions? Please share.
